2. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD (for U.S. orders) and JPY (for Japan orders) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the U.S. and Japan only; international shipping is not available.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
